While each admission officer has territories for which they are responsible, any member of our team is happy to speak with school counselors. Please don’t hesitate to contact us. If you would like to be added to our school counselor mailing list, please fill out our inquiry form. If you work with a CBO, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to be added to our mailing list. If you are an independenent counselor, please fill out this form.
Submitting Application Documents and Forms
We ask that you submit school documents such as transcripts, school profiles, and letters of recommendation online. Both the Common Application and Coalition Application facilitate this submission.

The Outreach Office, a resource within the Office of Undergraduate Admission, assists students from underrepresented groups with the admission process. The Outreach Counselor Package will give you more information about our services. Please note that the Counselor Nomination Form is now submitted online. Please complete and submit this form by Friday, December 15.
The Office of Admission does not take demonstrated interest into account when reading applications during the Early Action and Regular Decision periods.

*Parking for the Virginia Counselor Workshop is available in Scott Stadium Lot S6, at the intersection of Stadium and Alderman Roads. The Jefferson Scholars Foundation is one block south of the parking lot on Alderman Road/Maury Avenue. Both Scott Stadium and the Jefferson Scholars Foundation are searchable locations in Waze and Google Maps.
