This is a difficult time for everyone, and we hope all of you are taking care of yourselves and your families. We’re sorry we won’t be able to meet as many of you in person as we normally would, but the Admissions Office will be back up and running as soon as this is over. Given what everyone is going through, we will also be as flexible as possible. So don’t worry – and please reach out with any questions. Find answers to some of the most common questions.

Counselors

Welcome! Counselors and secondary school educators are integral to the college admission process. We’re grateful for the work you do in preparing each of your students for this challenging and exciting time in their lives. To learn more about the students that arrived on Grounds this year, please see our class profile.

While each admission officer has territories for which they are responsible, any member of our team is happy to speak with school counselors. Please don’t hesitate to contact us. If you would like to be added to our school counselor mailing list, please fill out our inquiry form. If you work with a CBO, please email us at undergradadmission@virginia.edu to be added to our mailing list. If you are an independenent counselor, please fill out this form.
